    The incumbent will:

    -Manage the Onboarding/Offboarding process
    -Provide support to the new joiners for workstation configurations
    -ACS Isco account creation and management
    -Provide guidance and support to the team whenever needed (related to VMs, network connectivity issues, tools, accesses, etc.)-
    -Incident management
    -Team time tracking monitoring and identify any inconsistency and bring it up the management attention
    -Maintain project documentation up to date
    -Assist PM in with other activities (organize meetings and keep Minutes of the meetings, update presentation, etc)
    -Ensure all necessary documentation is in place for any audits
    -Ensure that skills matrix is updated
    -Clean Desk Security Inspections
    -Access management for any client visit on site
    -On demand
