- at least 2 years’ experience in personnel management and team coordination (commercial team is an advantage) and working on both quantitative and qualitative goals;
- Middle-advanced English, (B1 is a must);
- Middle-advanced Turkish/Italian (B2 is a must);
- Leadership, commitment, enthusiasm, ambition, dynamism and good organizational abilities, the capacity of motivating people and proactive attitude.
- Coordinating a team of 7-8 buyers;
- Providing proximity management for the team;
- Training, evaluation and supervision of the subordinate team;
- Ensuring the transfer of tasks to team members and problem solving support;
- Analyzing the team results and reporting the results to the top management.
- Motivating and coaching to achieve the objectives/ targets set/KPI’s.
