    Cerinte

    Tech skill must have:
    Microsoft Excel and Word basic knowledge;
    Outlook basic.
    6 months of experience nice to have.
    Nice to have: fast learner, communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and analysis skills, positive attitude and approach, flexibility to take on additional responsibility and tasks when required, accepts responsibility as an individual, and works well within a team.
    Languages required: German B2/C1 and English B2.
    Home office possible.
    Latest possible start date: November.
    Working hours: 8.00 to 5.00 PM
    Contract for 5 months, possibility of extension.

    Responsabilitati

    What are your responsibilities?
    - Understand, learn and apply the Work Instructions that are regulating the Recruitment process
    - Be aware of the timeliness agreement between Accenture and the client and make sure they are met
    - Perform CV screening for interns and students in the recruitment system and update accordingly the status of each candidate in the system
    - Dispatch email communication to the candidates and the managers/recruiters
    - Answer to questions from the internal recruitment team
    - Schedule phone interviews between the selected candidates and the German managers/interviewers, this is always via e-mail, no phone contact to the candidate
    - Prepare offer letters and contract packages
    - Track and obtain documentation, data, and forms to support process and compliance requirements
    - Attend all workshops/calls established between the team in Bucharest and the team in Germany
