    Responsabilitati

    Provides administrative support for specific events/activities (connection with travel agency, logistic activities - accommodation & flight booking, etc. update specific systems with required information)
    Schedules and coordinates meetings, make appointments, and travel arrangements, keeps meeting minutes
    Organizes files, performs data entry, and maintains accurate records in various systems
    Support for management, by creating contracts and other required documents (e.g. expense reports)
    Collects and prepares information for management use (e.g. meeting agendas, meeting minutes, surveys, reports, etc)
    Scanning and archiving of documents related to department activities
