    • Between 3-5 years working experience in financial accounting;
    • Bachelor's degree – Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree;
    • Ability to communicate with stakeholders across multiple countries;
    • Fluency in English (oral and written);
    • At least one of the languages German/ Italian/ Spanish/ French at medium/advanced level;
    • Very good MS Office knowledge.


    • Vendor invoice verification, processing and posting;
    • Processing of outgoing vendor payments within A/P process;
    • Promptly answer vendors and internal queries regarding invoices;
    • Perform maintenance and analysis on vendors accounts;
    • Process incoming customer payments;
    • Actively manage collection activities and minimize past due accounts;
    • Monitor A/P & A/R workflows;
    • Support of month-end and year-end closing activities;
    • Ensure good communication with internal/external stakeholders;
    • Offer support and knowledge transfer to newcomers as needed;
    • Take part in regular meetings with internal stakeholders regarding KPI results.
