    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, with an information technology focus
    • Up to 5 years of development experience within a commercial environment (or academic exposure) using the .NET Framework with C# or equivalent
    • Ideally up to 5 years of experience hands-on experience in software development or support
    • Experience over Computer Telephony Integration system will consider as a plus.
    • Excellent knowledge of the Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus.
    • Good knowledge of MS SQL Database and Oracle will consider as a plus and experience with SQL language and working with relational databases.
    • Experience using Web Services will consider as a plus
    • Familiarity with window applications in .NET (C#). ASP.NET
    • An ability to develop trouble shooting and diagnostic skills is essential as well as the ability to work well under pressure
    • Fluency in the English language (oral and written)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Resourcefulness and ability to independently research potential solutions
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

    Responsibilities

    • Provides technical expertise in developing solutions and supporting issues from customers and internal test teams for Mellon Romania Contact Center operations
    • Providing support to distributed Contact Center project teams on performance activities
    • Support customer’s project implementations
    • Perform development in simple web-based applications
    • Perform development in a CTI scripting platform application
    • Perform development and execution for Contact Center Customer’s reports
    • Perform development and execution daily loading and exporting data procedures
    • Participate in the full development lifecycle though the design, implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance of CTI/Dialer system components for Call Center customer’s projects
    • Working alongside manual testers and the development team, to provide excellent test coverage for projects, assessing which cases suit automation and which need to be covered manually
    • Storing and archiving of test results and generation of test reports
    • Investigating and fixing defects in Dialer software application.
    • Collaborate with colleagues adhering to highly professional standards and methods.
    • Writing technical documentation
