    Requirements

    You will be part of the commercial team, your main responsibility being to build and maintain long-term relationships with MoneyMatrix & GamMatrix clients. As part of the client-facing team, you will be expected to gain an understanding of clients’ expectations and to be able to produce solutions for operational and commercial challenges that come up.
    In this role, you will work closely with our Product Team and Technical Specialists, as well as our other Account Managers and Sales Managers.

    Requirements:

    Excellent spoken and written English;
    Diligent, organized, self-motivated & result-driven whilst able to use own initiative;
    5+ years of sales experience (preferable B2B) or working in an environment where communication is essential;
    1 -2 years’ experience within account management inside payments or iGaming is desirable;
    Enthusiasm and willingness to learn;
    Impeccable time keeping;
    General knowledge about payments, the online industry, iGaming, marketing, affiliates, customer service, payments, content, and development;
    Team player;
    Ability to multitask;
    Creative thinking;
    Thrive in a social environment and know how to create positive and long-term relationships;
    Attention to details;

    Strong presentation skills.

    Responsibilities

    What will you do

    Upsell and cross-sell new vendors and features towards existing customers;
    Offer support to the sales department for selling MoneyMatrix and GamMatrix to turnkey or direct clients;
    Expected to proactively set up calls to develop meeting opportunities;
    Maintain and nurture good relations with EM prospects and ensure excellent CRM hygiene;
    Report directly to the MoneyMatrix & GamMatrix CEO so you will be close to the decision-making process;
    Prioritize and develop customer product/service requests related to MoneyMatrix and GamMatrix;
    Deliver training to the customers on product functionalities and new features. related to MoneyMatrix and GamMatrix;
    Work with Project/Delivery Managers, Product Development, Client Integration teams to ensure an effective delivery of products and services, including new client launch projects, feature releases, or escalated issues;
    Build long-term strategic cooperation with customers;
    Review customers’ portfolio and traffic to improve the services they have and help them meet/exceed revenue targets;
    Solve customer needs in a proactive manner and search for development opportunities;
    Attending industry events across Europe could be occasionally necessary;
    Coordinate with different departments to make sure customer expectations are met;
    Permanently improve your knowledge about the iGaming Industry with a focus on Payments and Player Account Management platforms;
    Permanently improve your knowledge about the GamMatrix and MoneyMatrix products;
    Regular reports to internal and external stakeholders – from SLA management reports to project updates;
    Conduct Quarterly Reviews along with key heads of department from both internal and external;
    Ensure mentorship to junior members of the commercial team.
