Our presence in Automotive R&D market in Timisoara begun in 2007 when we started as BeeSpeed – Timisoara Engineering Center having a strong partnership with ZF Group along this journey. All our services contributed to the global mission of developing a safer vehicle for the driver and the passengers.

Starting with 1st of January 2019, we became part of the ZF Group, which is a global leader in driveline and chassis technology as well as active and passive safety technology. • Completed university degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or related disciplines
• Several years of professional experience in the technical management of complex projects and experience of successful series introduction in automotive projects
• Exceptional knowledge of product development for electronic controls and systems as well as a good technical and commercial understanding
• Independent and pragmatic way of working and advanced communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally as well as fluent English and German skills; Further language skills are beneficial

• Responsible for technical project management for the phases of offer, realization and series introduction including cross-location management of a project team of developers
• Deriving technical product strategies for a defined product family from the requirements of the market and the customer (OEM) with special consideration of cost-optimized solutions
• Define the technical system specification of the product family as well as technical planning, controlling and managing of projects in cooperation with internal departments
• Technical and deadline responsibility for development costs of development projects
• Creation of cross-project, extensive project plans for defined product families
