    Form this position you will be in charge to:

    * Execute the role IRule Governance Responsible" within Business Unit CCN;
    * Administrate and enhance the Quality Management System and the overall rules landscape of CCN, following the international standards and superordinate Continental rules;
    * Coordinate the interfaces between the different rule areas in the CCN;
    * Identify of improvement potentials regarding the whole product life cycle, as starting point for improvement projects;
    * Actively support the business unit goal to reach ASPICE target;
    * Initiate and steer the improvement activities and projects, in collaboration with the respective rule area owners;
    * Provide functional and methodical support for the rule area owners;
    * Coordinate, prepare and execute the postprocessing of Audits and Assessments (e. g. ISO/TS 16949, ASPICE);
    * Support the customer audits regarding own area of activity;
    * Assure the interface to superordinate Group functions, other Business Areas and the worldwide locations in terms of rule management;
    * Provide trainings in own area of responsibility;
    * Act as coordinator and functional leader for several colleagues in own area of responsibility.

    Job requirements:

    * Knowledge of Norms/Standards: IATF 16949 /ISO9000ff, ISO15504 (SPICE), CMMI, Functional Safety ISO 26262;
    * Knowledge and understanding of the Quality Management System;
    * Knowledge and experience in Process management and Process Improvement;
    * Knowledge and experience in process modeling (e.g. tool based in STAGES 7.5);
    * Experience in leading projects in a international environment;
    * Experience in Internal and External audits;
    * Knowledge of the following tools is a plus: Stages (Method Park), Confluence (Atlassian), JIRA, Atlassian), CAQ Tools;
    * Line/functional management experience at team level would be a plus;
    * Moderations and presentation skills are required;
    * Excellent English language skills in writing and speaking;
    * MS Office 365.
