Key Goal: Support the execution of talent and education program strategies for Enterprise Cyber Security.

Requiements:
 Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
 Demonstrated ability to perform basic data analysis.
 Comfortable presenting to small and large groups.
 Strong documentation skills.
 Passion for team development and helping others meet their professional goals, and educating end users on cyber security principles.
 Ability to multi-task and work as part of a collaborative team.
 Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
 Creative, organized, positive, optimistic, and energetic.
 Advanced MS Office skills (i.e. mail merges, pivot tables, charts and graphs preferred)
 Experience with Cyber Security Awareness programs a plus.
 Basic understanding of cyber security principles a plus.
 Experience running a security awareness program a plus.
 Familiarity with the financial services industry a plus.

 Support and execute on the talent strategy and education strategy for the cyber security organization.
 Work with Enterprise Cyber Security leaders and Program Owners to understand the unique education and development needs of their teams and programs.
 Collect and analyze data, and produce reports demonstrating the effectiveness of talent and education initiatives.
 Organize and execute monthly education days and annual multi-day education conferences.
 Build education campaigns from a catalog of content
 Assist with cybersecurity education and awareness activities.
 Deliver fun training experiences
 Make suggestions for improving work processes.
