Key Goal: Support the execution of talent and education program strategies for Enterprise Cyber Security.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to perform basic data analysis.
Comfortable presenting to small and large groups.
Strong documentation skills.
Passion for team development and helping others meet their professional goals, and educating end users on cyber security principles.
Ability to multi-task and work as part of a collaborative team.
Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Creative, organized, positive, optimistic, and energetic.
Advanced MS Office skills (i.e. mail merges, pivot tables, charts and graphs preferred)
Experience with Cyber Security Awareness programs a plus.
Basic understanding of cyber security principles a plus.
Experience running a security awareness program a plus.
Familiarity with the financial services industry a plus.
Support and execute on the talent strategy and education strategy for the cyber security organization.
Work with Enterprise Cyber Security leaders and Program Owners to understand the unique education and development needs of their teams and programs.
Collect and analyze data, and produce reports demonstrating the effectiveness of talent and education initiatives.
Organize and execute monthly education days and annual multi-day education conferences.
Build education campaigns from a catalog of content
Assist with cybersecurity education and awareness activities.
Deliver fun training experiences
Make suggestions for improving work processes.
