    Requirements

    YOU! If you:

    - Have a Bachelor’s degree
    - Have minimum 2 years of previous Sales Experience (in pharma would be a plus);
    - Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, you are ambitious, show leadership, and have an entrepreneurial spirit
    - Are a team player, but able to work independently
    - Value customer service and have great organizational skills

    Responsibilities


    - Motivate and manage customers within a given geographic area for a specific brand portfolio
    - Achieve the sales targets and qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Regional Sales Manager
    - Identify the potential for commercial development of existing pharmacies and develop their loyalty
    - Identify prospects within his/her industry and develop new business relationships
    - Organize your routing, manage administrative data and information
    - Help pharmacies to develop their own business: sales, merchandising, technical assistance


    Specifics for Active Cosmetics Division:

    - Help pharmacies to develop their own businesses: coaching, training and team motivation
    - Develop market share (sell-out) in the sector
    - Conduct competitive intelligence on the point of sales
