    What you bring to the team

    o Education Bachelor and/or Master level, Sociology, Economics, Human Resources ;
    o Attention to details;
    o Positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn and improve;
    o An excellent spoken and written command of English; An International English certificate is a plus;
    o Excellent communication skills;
    o Being part of a nongovernmental organization or a student organization is a plus.

    Responsabilitati

    Your day-to-day

    o You will support the team on multiple challenging Talent & Learning projects;
    o You will be assisting in the planning of company internal events;
    o You will create learning journey in the global learning platform and create awareness internally on various learning topics;
    o You will support with various administrative and logistic activities related to employer branding or employee experience (eg: onboarding);
    o You will learn how to gather all the necessary data to help you write an engaging message/newsletter;
    o You will be the link between Employer Branding and Recruitment;
    o You will provide support for Linkedin campaigns;
    o You will contribute to various reports on employer branding, learning or onboarding.
