    Requirements

    Higher education graduate with a bachelor's degree in human resources/ economics/ legal;
    Minimum 3 years experience in the field of human resources / admin / payroll;
    Medium Excel knowledge (vLookup, functions);
    Fluency in English;
    Knowledge of the legal provisions regarding the labor legislation;
    Experience in using Charisma will be considered a plus.

    Responsibilities

    Ensuring the preparation of documents and reports, according to the legislation in force and working procedures: contractual changes, drafting job descriptions, maternity decisions, and documents, termination process;
    Maintaining and updating the employee data (hire, terminations, vacations, medical leaves, and other absences, etc.);
    Reporting of work time data to the external payroll company and coordination of employee communication related to payroll matters;
    Maintaining relationship with suppliers (medical, payroll, health & safety, other suppliers as appropriate);
    Ensuring the confidentiality of personal employee information.

    Additional details:
    Contract: undetermined period (with 3 months probation period);
    Schedule: hybrid, 2-3 days remote, 2-3 days from the office situated in Oregon Park, District 2, Bucharest;
    Benefits: meal tickets, medical insurance.
