    Ne marim echipa de Customer Support cu limba engleza, astfel ca avem nevoie de colegi cu nivel minim de engleza B2 pentru o activitate de consiliere a clientilor prin telefon, chat sau email.

    Ce ne dorim sa ai? In primul rand, diploma de BAC si disponibilitate de lucru in ture. Ar fi nice to have o atitudine energica si orientata spre solutionarea eficienta a problemelor intalnite.

    Responsabilitati

    Ce va trebui sa faci? Printre responsabilitatile tale se vor regasi urmatoarele: acordarea suportului telefonic, chat si e-mail pentru clienti, ca parte a echipei noastre de asistenta pentru livrare; vei actiona ca primul punct de contact pentru soferi, vei rezolva problemele de livrare, colectand in acelasi timp feedback despre experienta de livrare; vei solutiona eficient problemele intalnite.

    Cum te rasplatim? Oferim salariu fix + bonuri de masa, sporuri de noapte (pentru turele 22:00-00:00) si de weekend, sarbatori legale platite, echipament asigurat; activitate din confortul casei tale, asigurare medicala privata.

    Cum se lucreaza? Programul de lucru este in ture de 8h, in intervalul 07.00-24.00, 5 zile si 2 libere.
