    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
    • University degree (Economic Studies, Business Administration or related);
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
    • Have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines;
    • Adapt successfully to changing situations and environments;
    • Possess superior skills in presenting and communicating, planning and organizing, writing and reporting;
    • Have initiative, proactivity and enthusiasm in the role;
    • Have analytical and interpersonal skills;
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    Responsibilities

    • Provides executive administrative support on a daily basis to the Site Manager;
    • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters
    • Acts as a liaison to senior management teams;
    • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel;
    • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications;
    • Draws up meetings agenda and prepare the minutes;
    • Involves in booking complex travel arrangements for staff and assisting with all necessary for business travel (flight tickets, booking hotel, rent a car, travel insurance);
    • Oversees special projects such as internal events;
    • Gathers data and information to prepare correspondence, memos and reports;
    • Performs various business related analysis for the Top Management team.
