    You will be responsible for maintaining satisfied internal and external clients by delivering assistance and support to HR teams related to internal communication and recruitment.

    Main skills & attitude we are looking for:

    Creative person, who dares to disrupt;
    -Work proactively with other team members;
    -Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal);
    -Foster time management skills;
    -Excellent ability to prioritize work;
    -Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
    -Proactive person;
    -Student or bachelor’s degree graduate (Communication or Psychology is preferred);
    -Fluent in English;
    -Previous work or internship experience would be a plus.

    Responsabilitati


    -Participate in the HR processes redesign and refresh as team member;
    -Provides support to HR colleagues - administrative activities;
    -Analyzes and solves the requests for access to department's specific needs;
    -Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies and perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria;
    -Post, maintain and update jobs on internal and all external websites;
    -Updating the recruitment database, maintain files for candidates: files creation, maintenance and follow up;
    -Contacting candidates for updates on the recruitment process;
    -Manage the company’s internal communications channels: creating Yammer, Microsoft Teams posts, newsletters messages, and contribute to the local Intranet;
    -Produce employee communications: develop and author a variety of internal and executive communications including presentations, announcements;
    -Gets in touch and keeps contact with various third parties : either companies ( universities, recruitment agencies, etc) or individuals and ensures good collaboration and relationships with them.
