IT Consultant for Virtual Event Solutions - IT TSR

Job Description:

- Being central IT contact for all virtual and hybrid event types (e.g. meetings, classroom trainings, workshops, conferences/conventions, townhalls);

- Conceptional consultancy of our customers on technical event execution and the definition of the right tool set up;

- Coordinate all requests related to the virtual event service;

- Build strong relationship with service owner to identify virtual event relevant feature and solution updates within the existing portfolio;

- Manage the virtual event service information flow to all relevant stakeholders, including communication planning and change management;

- Identify and evaluate new technology trends as well as "white spots" for relevant event use cases by doing research and monitoring current market trends;

- Develop and continuously improve the landscape of virtual and hybrid event tools across our portfolio;

- Optimize the virtual event service with continuous service improvement from technical, process and user experience side to ensure the efficiency and quality of virtual events within Continental;

- Ensure high customer satisfaction with the virtual event service and good service adoption .

Job Requirements:

- University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar educational background;

- Background in knowledge or information management appreciated ;

- Technical knowledge about or work experience with collaboration and communication technologies, e.g. M365;

- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English;

- Ability to cooperate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels of the organization;

- Motivation to provide an excellent customer service and ability to demonstrate customer orientation;

- Very good organization and moderation skills;

- Ability to work independently and take initiative within a global, virtual team.
