    Work from an office built like a home!
    In Bucharest, our office is located in Hermes Business Park (300 m from Pipera subway station). The whole building has been built to keep Genpacteers sharp and efficient thanks to the cozy lounges and social areas (6 state of the art relaxation rooms, 400 parking places, bicycle parking with showers, kindergarten, yoga studio soon).
    In Cluj, the Genpact office is located in Riviera Business Center One & United Business Center (near Iulius Mall) and has 4.200 mp, 4 floors, 4 cafeterias and 2 relaxation rooms.

    Requirements

    Minimum qualifications
    • Bachelors in Science/Engineering
    • Excellent English interpersonal skills
    • Significant work experience
    • Ability to demonstrate a range of influencing techniques

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Prior S2P experience
    • Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle / SAP / Ariba / Emptoris any other S&P tools is an added advantage)

    Responsibilities

    • Hands on experience in Ariba eSourcing and Experience in Spend Analytics
    • Experience in Market Research and Analysis (from sourcing and procurement perspective)
    • Experience in sourcing / Tactical Buying (for any category), Experience in managing a team (small to medium size team) and Compliance to Procurement policies and procedures
    • Project Management Skills and Significant Procurement experience demonstrating a proven track record
    • Sophisticated Excel Skills, Proficient in Power Point and presentation skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills and people management
    • Should be able to balance everyday operation challenge
    • Innovative, Ownership, Problem solving attitude and Support broader transformation
    • Coordinates the introduction of new / modified products and services with respective departments using extensive knowledge of category to reflect developments / innovations in the market place
