- Support the employees and maintain local/remote infrastructure

- Implement and maintain security constraints over Local Area Network and Endpoints

- Proactively ensure smooth running of all systems such networking devices, servers and workstations

- Solve and maintain logging, monitoring and alerting tasks

- Responsible for: technical investigation and analysis of incidents, problem replication, fault diagnosis, performance and reliability problems

- Set up and manage services and resources (servers, routers, firewalls, WIFI, VPN, VLAN, VMs, DHCP, DNS, AD, Apache, Nginx etc.)

- Monitor performance and maintain IT infrastructure according to requirements and best practices
