    Requirements

    - Have at least 3 year of IT Project Management experience;

    - Have experience with Agile and Waterfall Project Management in IT industry;

    - Have experience working on fast paced projects and have a firm grip on scope changes and impact;

    - Be able to switch context and handle multiple projects at a time;

    - Have a problem solving attitude in difficult situations;

    - Have very good leadership and people skills;

    - Have very good communication skills - excellent written and spoken English is a must;

    - Be highly organized;

    - Be able to handle conflicts;

    - Good negotiations skills;

    - Commit to continuous improvement;

    - Know or be willing to learn how to use tools, such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, etc.

    Accountabilities:

    - Have a good understanding of the roles of your peers/colleagues that you will be interacting with, and be aware of the multiple perspectives when thinking of solutions;

    - Handle all Project Management activities: planning, team coordination, stakeholder management, scope, risk and cost management, tracking, reporting and closing;

    - Manage the work backlog to provide a clear goal for the development team;

    - Work closely with the team leads and technical experts in order to determine requirements, identify risks and come up with solutions to client requests;

    - Achieve the business and project objectives;

    -Ensure the project is successfully delivered ;

    -Coordinate all project related meetings and ceremonies.
