We are…

The Management Solutions Development Team is a frontrunner in the core of banking processes and a team that puts technology at its heart. We build various applications, from complex lending origination apps to OCR apps and document generator apps. We are tech savvy people, eager to improve technical skills and to solve complex business problems. We aim to grow together. T shaped individuals represents our current goal when it comes to professional and personal development, that said you will learn and work in more than one technology. As we grow, we want to handle a larger technology stack and also more senior tasks (e.g. solution architecture, performance tuning or mentoring more junior team members).

Scope

As a member of the team, you will work on multiple technologies and various projects. You are going to be a member in an agile squad or work on assigned short flows (small projects). We value collaboration. That being said, we love being involved in the solution design of the application and also offering support to our colleagues from business side or any other colleagues from the organization. We are big fans of the quote “We build it, we run it!”. As you can imagine, that means we are DevOPS fans! You will be an important puzzle piece when it comes to deployment from one environment to another and more importantly, you will be level 3 support for live applications in your technical stack area.

Day by day

• Understand and, if needed, challenge the requirements
• Produce clean code and application configurations based on specifications
• Actively participate in code review, development shadowing, development detail design and agile ceremonies
• Contribute with the rest of the team to continuous improvements of the development process
• L3 support for live applications

Skills needed

• Previous experience in a technical engineering role or Low Code developer / BPM developer/ Application Administrator
• Databases (stored procedures, triggers, database modeling)
• Scripting experience
• Application integration experience (MQ, Java Topics, JMS, Rest, SOAP)
• Advanced English skills (in writing and verbally)
• Abstract thinking
• Analytical and problem solving skills

Nice to have

• Prior experience with LOW CODE Apps, BPMS Apps  
• Java programming knowledge
• Architecture and Technical design experience
• Banking experience
• Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies
