How do we picture you?
prior experience as presales or sales engineer (preferably working with Public Sector) or in other similar customer-facing tech jobs;
technical education (Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent);
solutions integration, software, computing, networking, storage, virtualization, security and equipment behind; not limited to Dell EMC, HPE, Cisco, VMWare, Oracle, Microsoft, NetApp (preferably one or more professional certifications);
strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills;
desire to learn new skills and to grow competencies;
ability to integrate multiple tasks, status actions items, respond to changing priorities, and react to various deadlines.
self-motivated and goal driven with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment;
a very good communicator with strong presentation skills including attention to detail;
a person who enjoys finding creative solutions and feels comfortable integrating bits and pieces;
one who likes the idea that you can always be better only by engaging in a process of continuous learning, as the world in which we work becomes more and more complex.
You must have a clean B category driver’s license. This is important, as you will receive a company car.
Last but not least, you are fluent in English 😊.
How would it be like to work as Presales Manager ICT with us?
You will be the key person for ICT technical solutions as you will work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches.
Providing industry expertise and client business acumen, serving as an established Subject Matter Expert on customer architecture, business requirements, and company products will be the core of your activity.
You will identify, engage and lead internal organization, Subject Matter Experts and external partners needed for successful technical proposal closure and handover (e.g. setting and managing schedules, deliverables, deadlines, status update).
You will conduct customer needs analysis to understand requirements and scope.
You will define the overall technical solution using our full range of products and services.
Taking customer's technical, financial and business requirements into consideration in order to recommend an optimal configuration is another important activity.
You will propose hardware and/or software solutions suitable for complying with the specification from the RFIs/RFPs.
You will elaborate technical offers and documentation for the company's products and services by identifying the components of the solution, the risks, the opportunities and the dependencies.
You will coordinate presales activities for proposals containing specific applications and you will consolidate technical offers.
Your great technical leadership will be visible in all customer interactions as well as in discussions with colleagues, experts and external partners.
You will document solutions (RFIs, RFPs, Statement of Works, High Level Designs) and you will build cost models that will be included in our product strategy.
You will share your knowledge with GTS sales force through technical trainings.
