    Uses selling techniques, as specified within the S.A.L.E. program and the Sales and Management Development Program, with each Customer to maximize Sales.
    Learns and uses current Sales Promotions, Product Knowledge, and features and benefits to maximize Sales and Customer Service.
    Maintains high energy level when servicing Customers, leaving a positive, lasting impression.
    Assists in maintaining proper Store appearance and Standards by cleaning, vacuuming, and straightening
    merchandise consistently. Additionally, assists in backroom maintenance.
    Works under direction of Store Management to execute to Company Standards.
    Works with Team to surpass Customer expectations and resolve any issues.
