Previous exerience as Store Manager;
Good usage of Microsoft Office package
Ensures that all Team Members are trained and are using S.A.L.E. program to deliver Sales goals.
Creates an exceptional experience for the Customer to build Customer loyalty and to set the industry standard.
Makes Product Knowledge a priority for the Store Team.
Delivers Monthly Store Meetings on specific Company strategies.
Monitors and communicates Sales results to the entire Team.
Executes all Visual Merchandising programs 100% and on a timely basis.
Responsible as a key carrier to open and close the Store as scheduled
Completes register paperwork daily and payroll weekly.
Works with District Manager and Human Resources department to address employee relation
