    Requirements

    Who we're looking for
    2-3 years of relevant experience in tax and/ or accounting as a senior consultant/ accountant
    Excellent command of Romanian and English - both speaking and writing
    Very good interpersonal and team-player skills
    Strong oral and written communication / presentation skills
    Well-organized and able to identify and juggle with priorities
    Out of the box mindset.

    Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities:

    Advise clients in a range of different industries on various tax matters
    Actively support Managers and Partners in marketing & business development efforts – building initiatives, participating in client meetings and negotiations, drafting proposals etc.
    Perform tax checking within audit assignments, CIT & WHT
    Provide and monitor tax compliance for various clients
    Write and review tax advice for the client
    Handle multiple client engagements, ensuring high quality and timely service service
    Manage the teams of consultants and coach and train junior staff
    Assists and/or facilitates as speaker in client events
    Maintain relationship with smaller clients and works towards becoming main point of contact.
