    Responsabilitati

    What means to become an IT Service Manager:

     Drive daily operations and Service Level Management for the assigned service(s)
     Primary service contact between the CDE/SDM and delivery organization
     Provide technical leadership in the operational matrix across practices
     Monitor workload and performance of individual resources supporting service(s)
     Proactive analysis of out of line situations and prioritizing with SDM/CDE.
     Lead competency management, skills assessment and development
