    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    − Bachelor degree;
    − Fluency in English and Polish;
    − Good client handling skills;
    − Good communication skills, both written and oral;
    − Excellent problem solving and analysis skills;
    − Self-motivated, positive attitude and approach;
    − Professional approach and comfortable dealing with clients.

    Responsibilities

    − Offer support services in HR (pre-payroll activities) for one of our clients (mainly Contact Center support but not exclusive)
    − Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions via phone or E-Mail;
    − Interface with the clients' employees to help them in their HR needs;
    − Create reference letters and testimonials for employees;
    − Update HR database with personal information changes ;
    − Send notifications to all relevant departments after processing an HR request;
    − Develop improvements to processes and local work instructions;
    − Comply with all client and Accenture Data Security and Quality requirements.
