    Cerinte

    • Bachelor degree within a relevant field.
    • Minimum of 1 years of project management or related experience in a business environment. Preferably it included involvement in transformation projects.
    • Fluent business English, both written and spoken
    • Tech savvy
    • Excellent skills within the Microsoft Office suite
    • Adaptability
    • Basic knowledge about the tax/finance landscape.

    Responsabilitati

    • Document and configure new use cases
    • Set up demo environments within the platform
    • Keep current with and be curious about the Intela functionalities and new releases
    • Be a proactive team member with the goal to ensure day to day business is structured and tracked
    • Know the set up and implementation process set by the NSE Implementation team at heart
    • Oversee the multiple implementation projects of Intela that will be run in different member firm locations.

    What will you do?

    You will be part of the North-South Europe (NSE) Implementation Team with a very important mission: to ensure an optimized and swift implementation of Intela within the NSE cluster. Intela is Tax & Legal’s new global digital platform and one of the outcomes of Project Delphi, a global transformation programme reinventing how Tax & Legal will operate now and in the future. We are only in the beginning of this never-ending journey and we would love for you to onboard.
    In your role as NSE Intela Implementation Consultant you are expected to have deep knowledge about the Intela platform. Your focus will be on understanding the business process and then translating it into an optimized use of Intela. You are expected to have deep knowledge about the structure and functionalities within the platform and the various activities linked to onboarding a new use case. You will be an important part of implementing the local Intela use cases and you will actively support a structured implementation and change management processes.
    As part of your role, you will also interact with the other workstreams of the NSE Intela Organization, including Support and Knowledge Management.
    Your performance will be measured taking in relation to how much Intela is implemented successfully across NSE (number of users, number of micro / use cases).
