Previous exposure or ability & desire to understand: CI/CD solutions (Teamcity, Nexus, Artifactory, GIT), container management solutions (Docker on Rancher / Kubernetes), public cloud solutions (GCP), JVM applications debug / profiling, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), log management with ELK, basic Linux host administering & network skills, SQL & plSQL, shell scripting. Regarding the automatization tools mentioned previously we also expect that you will be curious what are the manual steps covered by them and not be afraid to handle them in case of solution debug or legacy application management.
We cover solutions for customer self-service (all except online/web portal), customer information management, commercial products management, collection, provisioning across all other solutions in IT systems and also core network (GSM) solutions.
Large number of requests (from customers, business agents, technical signals) transformed by a complex business logic are daily passing through our provisioning solutions. Our efficient and cost-effective architecture (internally established and sustained) allows us to deliver implementations in a big organization with such a speed that would make even some start-ups to be envious about.
Providing back-end services for other functional domains (online / sales / ERP / billing) and integration with external partners are also subjects that put us in the position of a key technical stakeholder in company big & priority projects.
From a technical perspective, we are effective in handling (in all the lifecycle phases) custom-developed Java applications (mostly open source / ‘spring’ related solutions), installed both on VMs & containers environments. We also deeply understand & control how data is processed and persisted into our databases (Oracle or Postgres - SQL / stored procedures hold no secret towards us), “flows” in Kafka or is cached in Redis. We have no fear of using scripting (shell, Python, combined sometimes with SQL) in order to automate processes.
From a functional perspective, we are exposed to various solutions patterns: backends designed to provide synchronous integrations with various microservices or to handle huge volumes of transactions in resilient asynchronous models, frontends used by thousands of agents and OLTP databases containing business-critical data.
