Job description

Offering personalized solutions for our customers via inbound and outbound calls
Working towards creating long term relations with customers
Building a special connection with customers and providing exceptional service
Ensuring all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch
Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered making them promoters of the brand·
Availability to work in flexible shifts between 09:00 – 22:00 (Monday - Sunday)
