    You graduated a Faculty such as Sociology, Human Resources, Psychology, or something else related to this;

    You have a strong understand of local market recruiting trends and can adapt to it;
    You are a curious, ambitious, result-oriented kind of personality, used and comfortable to work with close objectives.

    Responsabilitati

    The scope of the role:

    As a TABP you will act as single point of recruitment for the Research and Development center of the company, based in Cluj-Napoca and will handle end-to-end the recruitment process, for positions such as (but not limited to) Software Developers and Engineers.



    So, you should have in mind, the following responsibilities:



    Ensure effective and timely sourcing, selection, and placement of people with the
    right character and competence to deliver the organization's goals and objectives;
    Support regional recruiting and strategy as needed;
    Partner with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and candidate qualifications
    required to fill open opportunities and provide guidance where additional market
    knowledge is needed;
    Identify appropriate sourcing strategies and leverage volume for greatest efficiency;
    Understand the business functions, including competencies, KPIs, culture and career
    path in order to most effectively deliver the right candidates;
    Interview and qualify candidates against defined criteria, provide feedback on
    candidates, and refer appropriate candidates to hiring managers for technical
    interviews;
    Partner with HR Business Partner to define appropriate compensation requirements,
    including helping to establish market and industry standards by experience and
    position;
    Own communication with candidates, including initial contact, progress updates,
    interview scheduling, and rejections where necessary;
    Create, manage and maintain all candidate support documentation, statements of
    work, offer letters, reference checks, etc.
