Building and managing REGINA MARIA’s Digital Applications Team, as one of the most competitive digital teams on the market;
Identifying internal and external user needs, building project proposals around them, pitching those projects inside the organization and then implementing them;
Performing a close follow-up on the progress of all internal projects: making sure that the contractors deliver on time and that they receive fast feedback from our internal users;
Writing project management documentation, turning business requests into functional requests;
Taking ownership of existing projects and generating new projects to increase REGINA MARIA’s online technologies usage;
Being in contact with all the internal departments - they will be your stakeholders;
Preparing progress reports for your stakeholders/management;
Making sure REGINA MARIA is a market leader in the usage of online and mobile technologies for both internal and external users.
