    Desired Skills and Experience

    At least 3 years experience in the HR Admin field
    Strong organizational skills
    Persistent and solid attitude in attention-to-detail
    Knowledge of the Labor Code; Experience in payroll is an advantage
    Very good analytical skills, curiosity and problem-solving capability, understanding of HR systems and processes
    Strong written and verbal communications skills in both Romanian and English
    Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    Team-playing attitude is a must
    HR Inspector Certificate is a plus
    Ability to work under pressure

    Responsabilitati

    Key Activities

    HR personnel administration: Hiring process, contractual changes, job description, maternity decisions and termination of individual labor contract - monitoring all processes for compliance with local laws and company policies and standards;
    Forming and maintaining employee records in collaboration with outsourced HR service provider;
    Updating and monitoring databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave;
    Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken;
    Legal guidance to all employees: advice on labor law and documents.
    Ensure compliance with local labor law
    Communicating with external partners from HR Admin Perspective (e g. payroll provider, medical services) if needed;
    Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
    Prepare, maintain, update and archive employee personnel files& other relevant documentation
    Work with new hires to collect necessary paperwork
    Create and distribute documents to employees
    Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries;
    Problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
    Ensure that relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation;
    Cooperating with the Recruitment Team
