    In 2021 DKV opened an IT Center in Bucharest.
    The Web Service Department of DKV is currently migrating from the previous legacy systems to the new Azure Cloud Infrastructure in order to provide customers with new digital products based on the core services.

    With this migration all Services and Applications are also being taken over, hence the Web Service Department Teams are working on achieving a smooth transition of the processes.

    The DKV IT Center in Bucharest has a vital role for the Web Service Department as it provides new international team members with the required energy and passion to achieving their goals.

    • Se ocupa cu oferirea de solutii personalizate din paleta de servicii si produse DKV, cu adaptarea si activarea acestora la nevoile clientului, tinand cont de mediul competitional si de obiectivele DKV
    • Implementeaza conditiile comerciale agreate cu clientul si conforme cu procedurile si standardele DKV, cu scopul de a loializa portofoliul de clienti, a creste gradul de utilizare a produselor si serviciilor
    • Este responsabil/a de promovarea si vanzarea produselor si serviciilor DKV pentru portofoliul de clienti alocat ( cross si up sell)
    • Gestioneaza portofoliul de clienti existenti, oferindu-le suport, consultanta si solutii personalizate
    • Demareaza procesul si monitorizeaza conditiile comercile oferite clientilor pana la implementare in conformitate cu standardele si procedurile DKV
    • Prelucreaza solicitarile, reclamatiillor clientilor, comunica eficienta cu departamentele suport pentru clarificarea situatiilor semnalate
    • Coopereaza cu departamenteule de Field sales / Telesales/Back Office , Back office si Credit Control pentru deservirea clientilor cu si respectarea politicilor si procedurilor DKV
