- Excel, Oracle ERP, Email knowledge;
- We offer 6 weeks of paid training - remote;
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-18:00;
- B2+ Polish Level and B1 + English language level;
- Customer Oriented profile, not afraid to pick up the phone and call;
- Any previous experience is nice to have, but not mandatory

- Analysis of a customer’s paying behavior – when they normally pay, to which account, if they have a tendency to be late / on time, how much business we do with them;
- Communication via phone and email (30% phone, 70% email) with the same customers to ensure the timely receipt of payments from them, so creating a partnership relationship;
- It’s a Business-to-Business activity , type of communication is highly professional, it involves more back office kind of work and less actual talk time on the phone;
