Quality Assurance Engineer for SW Development

Our presence in Automotive R&D market in Timisoara begun in 2007 when we started as BeeSpeed – Timisoara Engineering Center having a strong partnership with ZF Group along this journey.  Final degree in electronics, computer science or a comparable subject
 Several years of professional experience on similar role, ideally in the development of control systems with high quality awareness
 Pronounced analytical skills and process understanding
 Good moderation and communication skills
 Knowledge and experience in the application of Automotive SPICE
 Fluent in English, spoken and written
 German language is a plus

- Interface to customer and suppliers concerning the project’s quality issues
- Define project specific processes, methods, KPIs and quality statistics, and present them to internal and external stakeholders
- Coach project team during the introduction of the software development process
- Adjust quality assurance methods according to the requirements of the project
- Plan and implement quality assurance measures in the project as well as for internal and external audits and assessments
- Control and coordinate quality issues in cross-location software projects
- Moderate analysis and reviews
- Analyze error trends
