Junior Consultant- Identity Access Management

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
student in final year or fresh graduate of Technical University / ASE / Economic Institute
previous experience up to a few months (no more than 3-6), preferably in NGOs
autonomy, responsibility, attention to details
able to understand technical specifications
open minded, strong communication skills (especially verbal)
Basic understanding of Linux, Cloud Computing Security
Skilled in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions
Communicating effectively through oral and written mediums
Utilizing and managing databases, running reports.
Attention to details.

Your Role and Responsibilities :
The day to day responsibilities in the Identity Access Management role include following areas of activity:
To update joiners / leavers for 5 Op Co’s on MediaOcean and other Business Systems apps (ADazzle Metis etc)
To liaise with all 5 Operating Companies Finance / Security contacts to obtain and maintain required access data and obtain written authorisation to make any changes.
To maintain MediaOcean ADazzle and Metis Security; and Brand Ocean Purchase Order Expense and Timesheet systems on a daily basis.
To liaise with all staff to answer access or systems queries.
To centrally administrate all GroupM UK bespoke financial and media apps ie Late Booking Report PostBox and Credit Control Applications.
