IBM Internship- Oracle Middleware Specialist

IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
Student in final year or fresh graduate of Computer Science or any IT related faculty
basic Application Servers concepts (eg: Weblogic/Websphere/Apache Tomcat or something similar)
Operating System Administration: Linux
Scripting: bash/shell and python (or similar)
Analytical thinking to be able to identify the root cause of a problem - logs and business process flow analysis
Ability to work collaboratively with teams from other disciplines
Interpersonal and communication skills (to be able to communicate in such a manner that is understandable to the end customer); English mandatory.
Pro-activeness and willing to bring innovation forward
Involvement and participation on IT projects during faculty will be considered a plus

Your Role and Responsibilities :
We are looking for a Oracle Technical Specialist intern, to learn how to deliver quality technical support of the Oracle Fusion Middleware products for a European client in the government industry.
The internship is on 3-month contract, full time, with start date as soon as the ideal candidate is identified. There is high possibility of continuity after these 3 months of internship.

Responsibilities:
Actively develop depth Middleware knowledge for the Oracle Fusion Middleware products and other products (ELK, Kafka, Apache) to ensure the client application are working as designed.
Work with the latest technologies and in close collaboration with the Vendor recommendations.
Provide technical support for Oracle Fusion Middleware products with a focus on Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Fusion Middleware Infrastructure, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle OSB and monitoring solutions like Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c,
Work in close cooperation with the infrastructure and application management team
