    Mandatory Skills and Abilities:

    • Proven experience of leading operational teams;
    • Strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of performance evaluation and metrics;
    • Ability to communicate with others at all levels;
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability;
    • Prior experience in a customer excellence or quality project is an advantage;
    • Adaptable in changing environments;
    • Fluency in English;


    Position Summary:

    • Responsible for the effective operation of the Real Time ops team at country level;
    • Directly manage the internal team;
    • Collect, analyse and report contact KPIs (costs, service level, team happiness, etc.);
    • Identify and implement improvement initiatives;
    • Develop objectives for the Real Time Ops team’s day to day activities;
    • Ensure proper training and quality processes in the team;
