Hamilton Central Europe și-a început activitatea în România prin producția de componente destinate seringilor cu microlitru. Odată cu deschiderea acestui sediu, România a devenit a doua țară din Europa, după Elveția, în care Compania Hamilton desfășoară activități de producție. De altfel, Compania Hamilton este și singura companie din țară specializată în producția de componente destinate seringilor cu microlitru.

În prezent, în fabrica din Giarmata, echipa noastră produce instrumente de precizie ridicată folosite în laboratoarele de analiză și cercetare (seringi de mare precizie, pompe, valve, ace, module de pipetare etc.), precum și accesorii pentru aparatura medicală. Produsele fabricate de către Hamilton Central Europe în Timiș sunt utilizate în piețele de profil din Europa, Asia și Africa de Sud, în mare parte în laboratoarele de cercetări științifice, laboratoarele de aplicații analitice și secții de terapie intensivă.

University degree;
Proven experience in a similar fiend of minimum 3 years;
Very good knowledge of PC (Microsoft Office - Excel);
Very good English knowledge (reading, writing, speaking); German is a plus;
Well organized person, problem solving attitude, paying attention to details, with communication skills, team oriented, analytical skills and the ability to work independently.

You’ll organize all shipments of raw materials, finished products and equipment;
Follow the organized transport to the destination - Imports and Exports;
Seeks to permanently improve conditions, routes and costs;
Organize national and international transport, invoice all the goods that leave the company and maintain a clean system for all the paper works;
You’ll be up to date with related legislation in order to ensure the correctness and legality of shipments. (Customs agencies, authorities, etc);
You use and know transport procedures to determinate transport type for each type of merchandise on hand;
You check and keep track of all incoming and outgoing documents;
Prepare and receive all the necessary documents for accompanying transport;
Will be required to be fully conversant with import and export laws and regulations. You will be expected to maintain your understanding and keep up-to-date with changes as they occur, so as to be able to advise customers on import and export restrictions, tariff systems, insurance requirements and all other customs related matters;
You will have a wide range of duties that deal with each step of the shipping process, track shipments and communicate with clients about the package's progress. Will coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries, deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur;
This job also requires to liaise with officials in various agencies to ensure goods are cleared through customs or quarantine, including application of duty refunds, tariff reclassification as appropriate or assist with any appeals that are forthcoming;
Operates in internal ERP system.
