    IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.


    3+ years hands on experience of different test methodology & corresponding tools like NUnit, MsTest, TestNG, Selenium WebDriver, Load Runner
    3+ years of experience working with CI/CD processes, DevOps methodologies and tools such as Git, Jenkins.
    3+ years experience of Test Driven, Data Driven and Behaviour Driven Development.
    Automation testing using Selenium with Coding Experience in C#/Java & experience with testing of REST API.
    In-depth experience of using Agile lifecycle and Defect management tools like Jira or similar defect tracking systems.
    Knowledge of any one of databases (MySQL, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
    Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    Good understanding in developing test scripts using tools like Selenium with Gherkins/Cucumber frameworks/Robot Framework

    Engage in discussions with cross-functional teams and come up with better Quality solutions at an organizational level.
    Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
    Ability to create clear and concise bug reports with actionable steps to reproduce.
    Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

    Your Role and Responsibilities :
    Develops test strategies, procedures and automated test cases based on grounded understanding of client quality expectations incorporating industry accepted best practices.
    Create and maintain Quality documentation.
    Integrates test scripts, results and metrics into the overall Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) process.
    Reviews functional specs/designs and provide feedback to the development team.
    Investigates and implements new testing methods and tools in order to maximize testing efficiency.
    Log, track, and close defects throughout the software development process.

    Exposure to functional, performance and load testing.
