    The Startup Manager works as part of an Operations Team in a major multinational company. The service will be provided to a strategic partner and consists in assisting and coordinating the transfer or one or multiple applications from Maintenance to Operations. The Startup Manager acts as liaison between these two parties and needs to ensure the timely and smooth transition from a technical and business compliance perspective (documentation, legal requirements etc.).

    Responsible for implementing the ITIL Process (Change Management, Incident Management, Release management anso.).
    Act as advocate of Operations
    Act as bridge between involved parties
    Become an active member of the Project Team and coordinate project
    Understand business perspective and major technical aspects of applications
    Act as consultant to Project Leader
    Review and approve major milestones
    Create, track and update necessary pre-requisites from one milestone to another
    Plan and agree service levels in the projects and guarantee to meet them.
    Assume responsibility for the smooth running of all IT solutions and ensure the solutions are ready for operation and deadlines and cost targets are met.
    Support the Project with concern regarding definition of HW and SW infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Data Protection process
    Monitoring Planning and implementation
    Reviewer for all System documentations (Business Proposal, System Design, Security, Risk, all available System Interface documentation and Handbooks)
    Involvement in Testing process, Change Processes
    Involvement in Release Management Planning (communication and Go Live Plan)
    Agreement for Stabilization Phase Criteria
    Responsible for planning the Operational Trainings
    Know How of both Agile and Waterfall methodology
    Know how of Scrum Framework
