    IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.


    Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
    ●Hands-on experience in the areas of:
    ○Private virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, etc)
    ○Windows Server and Linux administration
    ○Active Directory administration
    ○DB administration○Backup and DR systems
    ●Experience in customer facing consultancy and architecture work
    ●Experience and technical understanding of large scale data centre migrations
    ●Practical, systematic, and detail-oriented mindset and ability to learn fast
    ●Vast experience in public cloud solutions (AWS or Azure or GCP)
    ●Excellent communication skills and a business mindset
    ●Previously gained experience as a consultant working with mid-size and large,international organizations
    ●Excellent written and spoken English

    Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
    Relevant Cloud certifications


    In the role you will be responsible for:
    ●Acting as a technical consultant and architect for customers in pre-sales & projects
    Communicating, designing and guiding the migration for our customer, as well as do hands-on implementation when needed
    ●Gathering requirements and defining the challenges for the migration & planning
    ●Helping engineers to deliver projects that meet customer needs & timeline
    ●Working together with sales and project managers to manage the customer expectation from a technical point of view
    ●Educating customers on best practices in Cloud Migrations and communicating our work approach in a manner that customers understand the value within them
    ●Ensuring high-quality delivery, reporting, and business profitability
    ●Helping to develop migration methodology and related tooling further
