    Requirements

    We are looking for a results-driven and enthusiastic Key Account Executive for our business partner, an exclusive distributor and supplier of specialty ingredients for a wide variety of consumer everyday products: Foodstuff, Beauty Care & Cosmetics, Detergent and similar products, Food Supplements and Pharmaceuticals & Injectables.

    In this role you will be responsible for presentation, promotion and sale of active ingredients, emulsion to potential customers and existing ones and maintaining good relationships with them.

    Requirements

    Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agronomist, Food, or related field
    2+ years sales experience
    At least 1+ years experience in the Cosmetics/Personal Care Industry
    Willingness to travel/visit multiple customers throughout the assigned territory (within the country)
    Possibility to travel out of the country
    Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
    Good selling, communication, and negotiation skills
    Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
    Ability to prioritize tasks assigned and complete them with success
    Ability to develop in-depth relationships at all levels with customers
    Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
    Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
    Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
    Knowledge of any other language (e.g., French) will be appreciated
    Valid drivers’ license and clean driving record.

    What will you do

    Promoting and selling specialty ingredients intended for Cosmetic/Personal-Beauty Care, Pharma/Food Supplements & Detergents Industry
    Provide customers with general & specific information, as well as technical support regarding product portfolio, relevant applications, documents, and presentations
    Identifying potential customers and enhancing the clientele, while developing and maintaining positive and close working relationships with them
    Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    Supporting our channel partners in their sales and marketing activities
    Ability to efficiently meet deadlines
    Meeting or exceeding sales target
