Software Test Engineer for Braking Systems

Our presence in Automotive R&D market in Timisoara begun in 2007 when we started as BeeSpeed – Timisoara Engineering Center having a strong partnership with ZF Group along this journey. - Bachelor’s degree (related to electrical or electronic engineering, embedded SW, controls, computer science, physics) or experience in software testing
- Vector tools experience is a plus (CANoe, CANape, CANalyzer)
- Knowledge of bus communication protocols (CAN, Flexray)
- Basic microcontroller and electronics knowledge
- Good understanding of automotive systems
- Initiative, understanding/ communication/ reaction to issues, good teamwork in virtual environments
- Analytical skills and learning capacity
- Ability to work independently, self- discipline, reliability, consistency
- Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)

- Analysis and review of software specification (e.g. software requirements, software architecture)
- Develop test case specifications
- Develop, maintain and improve test for different subsystems in the software (test planning, test running, test design, test cases)
- Configuration and maintenance of testing environment
- Maintain existing tests and assure appropriate coverage/ traceability
- Test Validation
- Contribute to testing process improvements with testing and development teams from requirements through to design, coding, testing and analysis
