• Commercial or Economical background. University degree preferred;
• min 3 years of experience in Purchasing or Sales;
• Experience and affinity in the IT purchasing environment;
• Negotiation skills based on proven experience in managing a material portfolio;
• Analytical thinking and strategy oriented;
• PC knowledge: MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage;
• Foreign languages: fluent German is a must; English advanced.

-Responsible for portfolio of materials or services from the Indirect Materials and Services department in the “Operating Material & Supplies” area, managing the purchasing activities related to the following material groups: (IT - Hardware and Software and IT Services and Telecommunications);
-Evaluating and negotiating offers regarding Indirect Material & Services and individual costs, on company needs; independent execution of tenders;
-Processing of supplier management (complaints, relationship management, etc.);
-Negotiating the best possible conditions and check all commercial aspects in projects and contracts in consultation with the purchasing team leader;
-Responsible for operational tasks such as handling the procurement platform E2B for catalog purchases (prepare the catalogs in our e-procurement system and keep them on a valid level, single orders, checking the invoices, solving all questions up to the payment of the invoice;
-Offering support in maintaining the purchasing master data for the relevant portfolio;
-Working in close cooperation in the cross-functional team of purchasing and special departments;
-Offering support in creating the supplier matrix for the responsible material group;
-Offering support to the material group manager in creating the material group strategy;
-Implementing the strategy for the material groups that are in your responsibility;
-Releasing the objectives by tracking the agreed performances indicators (KPIs), such as savings, extension of payment terms, processing time of the invoices.
