    Key Responsibilities

    • Internal SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance) Control Execution for Central Europe for all Businesses (seed and crop protection) o Check pending transaction in WD-1 of the current month to ensure proper action to be taken in connection with month closing by the CSR
      • Create month-end reports on the 1st / 3rd day of the following month for both platform seeds and crops o Distribute the Reports to the CSTL and Finance o Ensure that open positions on the Month End Reports are commented within the first week of the month o Create the monthly SOX sample reports
        • Select the monthly Samples and distribute the reports to CSTL
        • Collection of the monthly samples to ensure all evidence are gathered, sufficient and stored on
          SharePoint/local country folder after signing off
      • Keep review and up to date the guidelines for the Internal Controls o Participate and provide the Reports and Evidence related to the Internal Control Audit o First contact for the Internal Control Team o Support granted to CSL during external audits and overall
    • Pricing o Backup for Romania Pricing Coordinator:
      • Setup prices in SAP against Approval for hBiz
      • Ensure Communication with Pricing Team for hDAS

    • Reports to Customer Service Country Leaders

    • Internal: Customer Service Leader, Customer Service Representatives, SME, Commercial, Compliance Team
    • External: External auditors

    Job Qualifications
    • University graduate
    • At least 2-3 years experience in a similar position or in customer service
    • Good command on English for both verbal and written communication
    • Strong attention to details; analytical skills
    • Strong coordination skills with good initiative to problem solve
    • Ability to work autonomously, but also as a team player
    • Cross-functional collaboration
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
    • ERP system knowledge (SAP) and financial background is a plus
