Internship Coordinator for External Services - ADAS TSR

Job Description:

Budget requests

* Collect and coordinate requests for external services within the department EU APP;
* Prepare presentations for EU APP management approval meetings;
* Enter requests on Controlling Sharepoint;
* Align requests with theProject Management organisation.

Sourcing process

* Initiate sourcing process with purchasing department and EU APP department.

Ordering process

* Initiate and track orders;
* Approve invoices. General
* Main contact point for externals suppliers: schedule meetings, explain the department?s needs;
* Training of EU APP management team on external services process.

Job Requirements:

* Studies of business administration, engineering or similar;
* Good Excel skills;
* Very good knowledge of English, German would be a plus;
* Ability to work independently;
* High level of commitment and organizational skills;
* Team player, likes working in an international environment.
