    Central Europe Technologies (CET) is an expertise Shared Service Center for BNP Paribas Group, subsidiaries serving 19 countries and we are continuously expanding.
    Our offices are located in Romania, in Bucharest, Brasov and Cluj. The company brings together over 300 employees, with expertise in various technologies (Java, .Net, COBOL) and other operational roles (credit analysts, collection officers, System Expert administrators).

    Requirements

    Who are you:

    ▪ You have experience working in dynamic companies with knowledge and understanding of the full cycle activities of a HR department
    ▪ You are curious about the company business, able to ask questions and to understand the projects principles
    ▪ You have at least 5 years of experience in HR areas and coordination of HR processes/projects such as recruitment, skills assessments, career management, etc.
    ▪ Experience in fast growing and changing environments
    ▪ You are experience in using tools for assessing skills
    ▪ You have a high level of resilience and ability to accepting the setbacks while refocusing on tasks at hand
    ▪ You have excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Romanian) another language such as French is a big plus
    ▪ You have strong project, marketing and time management skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to closure
    ▪ You have good interpersonal and decision-making skills
    ▪ Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
    • Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools
    • Ability for planning events
    • Microsoft Office advanced skills
    • Strong ethical behavior and integrity
    ▪ Very structured and able to justify activity
    • Person with ‘outside-the-box’ thinking

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • The HR Business Partner have thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas. Ultimately, he/she should be able to globally work on Human Resources activities such as Learn and Development, Career path, Employer Branding and ensure CET develops an in-House expertise with the skills needed to keep growing the team while reducing turn over;
    • Together with the HR Manager and company managers develops, implements and follow-up the annual employee training plan, based on the training needs;
    • Conducts the career interviews and presents the People Reviews to management;
    • Coordinates/organize Employer Branding/Recruitment events;
    • Leads, together with the HR manager, recruitment team and procurement team, the implementation of a coherent sourcing strategy and creating a catalogue of technical and behavioral competences at company level;

    Learn and development

    • Together with the direct manager, plans, develops and implements learning strategies and programs
    • Advices on the best approaches related with learning and development
    • Acts as adviser for managers in identifying the necessary training needs
    • Searches inside the group and locally the best providers for the requested trainings
    • Design and organize e-learning courses, workshops, engage IT Learning Central Function
    • Maintain budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants

    Career Management and mobility

    • Act as career manager for employees, by planning recurrent discussions for career paths and skills assessment in the dedicated tools;
    • Monitors the IT skills matrix completion for each team
    • Advices managers on setting correct objectives according with internal rules in the dedicated tools;
    • Coordinates the annual appraisal process at company level;
    • Supports managers with understanding the career program and makes awareness for it
    • Act as adviser for HR Manager and CEO for topics related with retention, missions abroad for employees, etc.
    • Plans the career management committees with HR Manager, CEO and team managers;
    • Leads the key people programs and internal/international mobility programs
    • Appointed Diversity and People Care officer for CET at Group level with actions to implement and follow up
    • Assist managers in reviewing regularly team activity, load visibility, need for training, reward of employees
    • Prepare and deliver the onboarding sessions
    • Take part in exit interviews to continuously improve the way we recruit, onboard and manage people
    • Implement buddies and coach programs to work on specific items needed by employees
    • Take all actions that guarantee that we retain specific sensitive skills needed to support and advise subsidiaries all around the world on IT topics.
    • Attend job fairs and careers events

    Employer Branding

    Together with the HR Manager, recruitment and communication teams:
    • Coordinates with Universities, schools and training programs
    • Establish and implement media plan for employer brand and job advertising online and printed
    • Establish event calendar together with recruiting and communications team
    • Supports the necessary logistics for participation to employer branding and recruiting events: contract, location, transportation, accommodation, recruiting booth, flyers, posters, banners, promotional materials and program agenda
    • Initiate new internal events together with the HR team, with the validation of the direct manager
    • Support student programs: Summer Practice, Scholarship, etc.
    • May create and update advertising materials for topics in HR perimeter
    • Plan and order the promotional materials - posters, flyers, brochures, giveaways
    • Media plan for job advertising online and printed

    Recruitment strategy and Partnership Management

    Together with the HR Manager, recruitment and procurement teams:
    • Monitor and supports the sourcing and recruitment strategy to make sure the entity has enough resources and the necessary skills for its projects
    • Back up for recruitment team for soft skills assessment of the candidate in the dedicated tool
    • Supports the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
