Sales Support Specialist

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or commercial domain.
Previous proven professional experience of 1-2 years in a similar role in B2B sales (industrial adhesives, packaging, and others).
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Results and customer orientation;
Good planning, presentation, and negotiation skills;
Driving license: category B.
English: upper-intermediate.

For our client, Romanian company specialized in providing integrated solutions for the production of packaging and for bookbinding in the printing industry (industrial adhesives, guillotines, soldering solutions) we are hiring a Sales Support Specialist.



Key responsibilities:

Maintaining and developing business relationships with company partners (both clients and suppliers);
Providing support in developing the company's sales policy;
Support in developing the current portfolio of clients;
Providing support in carrying out projects specific to the B2B sales department;
Database administration with existing clients;
Providing information to customers on the technical characteristics of the products in the portfolio;
Support in the preparation of commercial contracts for clients and/ or additional documents
Tracking payments and receivables from customers;
Checking stocks;
Participating in meetings with clients.
